Good day. Most likely u are missing a driver (sub driver) for the USB Port. Right click on my computer on d desktop and click properties. Then chooze hardware tab and then devive manager. If u see and ! or ?, Drivers are missing. If u kno d name of the drivers and u dont have it on a cd, go to www.driverguide.com and sign up. Downloading is free. First checkthrough the cds yur computer came with for the drivers. The driver wizard will search for u when u right click on the ! or ? driver and click update or reinstall driver. Laterz!

This means you are trying to attach a USB 2.0 device to a USB 1
port. Upgrading it depends on your Motherboars - if it supports USB 2.0 you can upgrade it's driver on your new HD.
I would'nt really bother since it isn't a meltfunction- your flash drives will work! It just means that it will use the USB 1 protocol so it will be a bit slower but you won't reallt fill a differance in the small cpacity that DiskOnKey's contain.

What you need to do is.Shut down your PC with the start button. After it shuts down completely.UN plug your computer fro the wall and let it sat for 5 minutes. If you know how take out your com battery also. After 5 minutes, install the com battery, and plug in you PC.And then turn it on. It will reset itself. After it finishes booting up,stick your flash drive into the usb port.It should be detected, and then will work.

well most likely then you have tried plugging a USB 2.0 device in a prt that only supports USB 1.1, they are different standards as you see, the difference is power

if it was working before you likely need some driver(s) installed, check Device Manager

well, the flash drive requires a high speed USB drive, but it also works on a normal/slow USB drive, but the information being retreaved/sent to the flash won't be as fast.

Do not worry about it. All it is saying is that basically you aren't able to fully take advantage of high speed that the flash drive supports. It will run just fine, just not as fast as it has the potential for.

All the best!

Seem that your system is only USB1.0 while your flash drive is USB2.0. USB2.0 has higher speed thatn USB1.0. You can still use the flash drive, but the transfer speed will be limited to USB1.0 speed

You need to install the chipset driver for your motherboard. You can download it from the manufacturers website.
