Follow the steps below:
1) Start
2) Run
3) Type in "msinfo32" (without the quotes, of course)
You should see all the information you need.
Alternatively, right-click on the desktop. Select "Properties" and then click on the last (generally) tab that reads "Settings". It will tell you what kind of video card you have provided it is properly installed (otherwise it will just give you a generic VGA name).
The least preferred way would to be "get under the hood", i.e. open up the box and read the board itself.

Just go "Start" menu, then click "Run," then type "dxdiag." This will basically sum up your computer for you. To find out which video card you have, just click the display tab. Alternatively you could just right click on your desktop, select properties, then click settings and it will list your video card.
