well..i'm just wondering how come the House only has 435 Representatives...not more or less

One for each member, easy

It's based on the census which tells us how many reps each state should have based on population.

the country is broken up (by statute) into 435 districts with equal population and each district has a seat in the House of Representatives.

For every 570,000 people there are in a state, they get a representative. It's like that because that's how big the population is.
