My friends are really different from me. They don't care much about grades, while I freak about it. Some of them date guys, even though we're only thirteen and I don't want to date yet since they don't last for more than a week being in junior high. They like hip hop and sing about it a lot, and I don't know the songs. They have a certain way of speaking, and I don't, but I really don't want to feel left out when I'm with them. Any help?

your problem is that you can't relate to your friends. take it from me, my best friend and i are poles apart too...but you know what? what ultimately matters is whether you love your friends and want to keep them or not...if they are your true friends they'll love you just the way you are..even if you don't have a bf...and if you REALLY love them...you'll see that you still love them despite all this..

so,relax...nobody's worth as much as you are ! be bold!

Don't grow up too soon even if your friends are trying to. Take your time and the Waite will be worth the while. If the people you think are your friends are your friends, they will respect your desire to stay pure until you are married.

stay true to yourself...dont change for anyone...you sound like a good kid and if your friends are really worth having as friends then they will like you for who you are
