If changing job is not in the consideration, then you may want to try :
1) Take time off to watch a movie
2) Treat yrself to spa, even foot relexology can ease some tension.
3) Take a holiday
4) Have a good meal
5) Channel your thoughts when not at work to things you like to do (eg. gardening, redocrationg yr room, bladding)

You mean how do you balance the demands of work, which has to be done if you want to be paid, with the needs of a family and to ensure your sanity remains intact?
You cannot. All you can do is keep going, do all you need to do and if there is no time left for you to rest or take a breather then too bad. Eventually you can retire if you are fortunate to live that long.

you need to find a way to get rich and not depend on money from that job anymore. Find another means of getting money, or find another job if it's not worth it. You need to have more respect for yourself and not let other people put so much pressure on you

Depending on what type of pressure you are talking about, I would say change jobs. You only live once, pressure and stress shortens that one life. Why bring it on sooner than need be..good luck

Be interested in your work. If your work become interesting to you, you will start to be observant. You can learn a lot of techniques that will make it easier. You are going to enjoy what you do ( enjoyment is timeless) and will realize that leisure and work is the same.
