Dr. Doom's intelligence exceeds that of magneto's, and he is a scientist who's also an expert sorcerer. He can concoct a spell to counter the effects of magnetism and use any absorbed power as a weapon against magneto. Doom once traveled to Hell and managed to rescue his mother's soul and defeat the arch-devil, Mephisto (albeit with a little help from Dr. Strange, who was also deceived by Doom).

Doom would win.
Magneto would discover that the 'Doom' he was peeling was either a brainwashed stand-in or just another android.
Doom has the resources of an entire country to call on besides super-science and black magic.
Expect Magneto to gloat over an easy victory while Doom is sitting in a room sipping wine and already planning how to remove the 'upstart' from his country with the least amount of fuss.

Magneto, a. cause Dr. Dooms got a mettle suit, b. cause docter doom always looses and c. because Magneto is the main villian of x men, it'd just be embarising if Dr. Doom won!

Dr Doom is in cased in a melat body suite Magneto can turn him in to a pupet however Dr Doom can use in ability to generate electicity and defeat Magneto

Even though Magneto has ore raw power, you gotta know that Doom would find a way to knock it out of the park and kill magneto. its just what he does

Magneto hands down. If he can rip Wolverine's adamantium from his bones, I'd hate to see what he'd do to Dr. Doom.

Doom is a practitioner of the black arts so I am gonna give him this one, I know Magneto can affect his armor with magnetism, but what protection does he have against black magic?
