. I have one minion with intense behavior problems. He is prone to mood swings, and at other times is completely indifferent to all emotions or compassion. He can often be found alone, brooding in corners, or else attempting to make friends with the most unlikely of people. He is severely socially illiterate, for he often has no idea when to join a conversation or when to close his mouth. He also is attempting to slowly starve himself to death while disguising this as "eating healthy." Children are scared of him, and as children are always a good judge of character, I believe this says something about him. I cannot decide what form of punishment would be most affective. It surely cannot be lethal, for that is what he wants, and I refuse to give that to him. What would be an appropriate punishment for him?

Tsk, tsk, tsk, I can't say I'm not surprised. Did I not warn you of the consequences of taking on such lesser minions? They don't come prepared, they don't follow orders, and they don't bathe! As I have told you in the past, they are nothing more than a waste of perfectly good oxygen. But, you obviously now have this problem, so I shall advise you: I have found that physical torment only pleases ones such as these, it is the second best thing, in their minds, to death. However, emotional abuse won't work here either, as it shall only give them more to complain about- and we can't have that, now can we? No, no, no, the most effective way to punish his breed is with kindness. Give him a hug, a stuffed animal, and a a boost of self-esteem, that sort of thing- this way he has nothing to complain about. Of course if this fails, throw him into the lake and 'hope' he makes it to shore.

I think he needs to see a physiologist. He doesn't need to be punished for something he has no control over. When you say your prayers at night or when ever ask the Lord to guide you in careing for him and please get him the help he deserves. It is not his fault. He may be bi- polar or some other problem on that order. Don't forget the prayers. God Bless you both.

You cannot punish this person. This person needs some help, not punishment.
