I answered your previous question and I don't mean to alarm you. Take a pregnancy test at a friends or like someone else recommended planned parenthood. It could be multiple things but if I were you I would do the test before talking to your parents and if you're not then you can go to the Dr. without worrying. If you are pregnant it's not the end of the world, yea the may flip, but they will calm down. Good luck!

Sorry, but if you're at all uncertain about whether you're pregnant, you need to take a pregnancy test and see what the situation actually is...early enough to do something about it if it exists. People get pregnant at 16 and younger. The symptoms you mention are common in pregnant women. If you're not pregnant and you keep having this pain, you should see an ob/gyn about it. While you're there, ask the doctor for a prescription for reliable birth control. Best of luck.

Too much caffeine can do it.
A fibroid tumor on the wall of the uterus can fool the body into thinking that the tumor is a fetus. And so other symptoms that are likened to the pregnant state can manifest.
Bra can be too small or change the style you are wearing.
Cysts in the breasts.
If you sleep on your stomach.
There are so many things that can cause your breasts to be tender. You have been wrestling with this problem for so long and you shouldn't have to. Please tell your mother and ask her to take you to a gynecologist. End your constant worry and take good care of yourself.

Sore breasts is a sign of many things. Maybe they are growing or you are going to start your period soon. It's not a definite sign that you are pregnant. The only way to tell if you are pregnant is to get a pregnancy test. I suggest either getting one done at home or going to your local planned parenthood where they will test you for free and will not tell your parents.

Tender breasts do not mean your pregnant. Only a blood test from a doctor can confirm pregnancy. The over the counter pregnancy tests can give you a possible diagnosis of pregnancy, but they are not 100% accurate.
Tender breasts can also be a PMS symptom. If you have any doubts, please contact your doctor or go to a clinic and have yourself checked out.

you could just be pmsing. MY boobs started hurting really really really bad 5 years after i started getting my period. I was freaked out too and I went all the way down to the doctor to find out what the heck was wrong with me, but he said that I wasn't dying or turning into a frog or anything. Just menstruation.
Sorry about your boobs.

Well it is normal since you are growing but if you think there is a chance of being pregnant it is very easy to buy a test, do it at school and throw it in the trash no one will ever find out. Good luck.

Try to lotion them, message, put a heating pad or even a hot wet wash cloth on it. I don't want to scare you but you should have it checked out to see if you have breast cancer. Is there bumps or redness. You really should tell your mom. Maybe it runs in the family. But you really need to see a doctor ASAP.
Sincerely yours,
Laurie
