you don't have to sign out/in... just launch browser windows. one each for every log in so you have one for this account, one for that.
i don't use multiple accts (well i did when i was trying to get a question pulled) but my husband and i both have yahoo for fantasy sports so i know you can log in with two different accounts in two different browser windows

Some people like I_am_NOT_(?) do. As of now, I still have just one.
And it's only a pain to sign them all out if you sign them all in, so yes, a pain.
