If you are female, drink 8 glasses of water a day--if you are a male you can drink 10 to 12 glasses a day. It will not give you water weight. It will eliminate weight. Nature will take care of it's self. You won't need instructions.

u dunt need 2 drink all that water!!! about a day drink 2-4 bottles! and exercise is the way 2 lose water weight

You shouldn't be carrying extra water weight, from only drinking water. Your body adjusts and flushes the excess away. Do you eat any salty foods? You may want to see if you can trim some of the salt from your diet, and see if that solves the problem. Good Luck !

Exercising is the best way. But you need 6-8 glasses of water regardless to dehydrate your body for everyday living.

Ok let pee...
but for myself i thought that if the plant get to much water it will rotten.
what i konw is human body need water only 2liters aday so don't make it more than this it will like a plant.
That what my opinion if something wrong let me know i'll correct it.
