I have been having post-nasal drip for 2 days... I have no idea what I should do or take. I cant spit it out so it just slides down my throat and I have to swallow it. It's killing me!!! I've eaten about only 400 calories in 2 days because it is making me so nauceous (spell???) and I'm tired of it... it helps too!!! PLEASE HELP MEEE!

you do not want to take a decongestant (claritin D). that will only further the problem, your sinuses are like a system of plumbing that is leaking a decongestant causes it to drain. You want to STOP the leak take an antihistamine (benhedryl) or a regular claritin that will stop "the leak". I know it is a killer on your stomach so keep eating dry & salty food (saltines). good luck.
