Just joking, though there is some truth in that.

I would say someone whose view is contrary to the standard American values. Respect for your nation; a belief that those who work harder and smarter should have more; a personal moral code involving right and wrong; a belief that people from other countries should someday be able to join in the American dream.

Oops! I think I just dumped on most people in the US today, yes?
