Awww, I think that is so sweet.But anyway your her friend right so do something special for her that you wouldnt normally do, but you know she likes. Then when shes so happy just ask her if she would like to step your relationship up a knotch. If shes says yes, congrats! If she says no, then just be her friend but also show that you still care for her and will always be there.If she doesnt know then give her some room and time to think and dont pressure her into giving you an answer right away. I think if i liked my friend then i would ask him if he liked me and if he did then i would tell him i liked him but i have no other suggestions
