Firstly, cow-tipping is considered cruelty to animals so please don't do that.
Secondly, as a teacher myself, I think that social-experiments / survey type stuff is always a good way to do - that way you have a hypothesis - to see how many people thing x, y or z. Make it something people can really get interested in but try to avoid controversial stuff - don't go near politics, sex (the act or preference for partners type stuff) or anything that will allow people to lash out and use it as their excuse to vent about someone they know.
Also, you haven't told us what subject this is for - we can't help you until we know - only then we can become more specific.
