I was dating this wonderful girl, but now things haved turned for the worst. She hasn't talked to me in a week and when we last talked she was very upset and used some lame excuse to be angry with me. I have backed off and waited for her to contact me, but it's the not knowing that hurts. I have plenty of other opportunites to date other women, but I can't help but think about only her.

Have you tried talking to her or asking her why she is behaving like this? It could be something stupid or even hormonal. Talk to her, if you really like her she's worth the time and effort. If she is interested still, she will want to find the time to talk to you and will explain what happened. Tell her it really confused you when she wouldn't talk to you, that it really hurt your feelings. If she still gets angry or is finding an excuse to pick a fight, it may be time to move on. No one wants to be treated poorly by someone they care about.

Just break-up with her if she giving you the cold shoulder alright! Yes I have gotten mad at guys I have dated before! She will get over it alright! She will be alright in a couple of weeks if not then move on with your life and start dating other girls!

Her anger and lame excuses are just her way of trying to break up with you. See... if she can get you angry enough, you'll break up with her and thus no guilt.

You've given her some time to cool off, go ahead and call her. Be honest with her and tell her how you feel.
