You could by chance be pregnant, women often tend to like you said have breast pain, before there period, but it is more severe when you are pregnant. Is it worse then normal? Well it is probably nothing, but if you are still concerned just call the doctor, and get a check up.Hope this helps, I hope you feel better!

Do you drink coffee or any products with caffeine in them? Caffeine can cause sensitive and sore breasts when touched. If so, stop the caffeine and see if you notice a difference within a week.

You should also check to make sure you are wearing the correct bra size. If it is too tight around your arms and middle, over time that can cause your breasts to ache and be sensitive and sore when touched.

Something I've done with some relief is to regularly soak in a hot tub with enough water to cover my breasts. The heat is really soothing. Afterward, even though it was painful at first, I would gently massage and manipulate the breasts to desensitize them. It worked.

Sensitive breasts can also be caused by hormonal changes. If you've tried these suggestions and got no relief, you should see your doctor to discuss getting hormone therapy.

Since I started wearing sports bras and cut back to an occasional rare cup of coffee, I no longer have overly sensitive breasts.

Any chance your pregnant? I know that when you are your boobs start to hurt really bad. Take a pregnancy test. If you're not pregnant get to your Dr. in case it is something serious. Have you done a self breast exam to feel for lumps? Try that. Hope this helps!

I completely agree with those who answered about seeing the doctor... Any time you notice any painful changes in your body that you are concerned about, you should ask your Gyno. If you aren't satisfied with his/her answer get a second opinion! Make sure you let them know all your fears, and any recent changes in diet, exercise, sex and anything else you can think of. A doctor only knows what you tell them.

The honest truth is that you could be pregnant. It's that or you should see a doctor to find out the truth. If you and your partner have rough sex it could be that to.

Sincerely yours,
Laurie

That happens to me ALL THE TIME before my period. A million times I've thought maybe I was pregant even though I'm on the pill - but it was just hormones before my period.

Does it feel like there is heat in them too? You could have an infection. Go see your gym.
