You know, all the melodramatic stuff. Especially the "pillow huggers". They complicate their love life a lot.

These people have no sense of self and try to emulate the qualities they see in their favorite fake people on tv. The problem is that the people on tv are not really dealing with life, they are acting out a script and in life, there is no script to follow. You have to be who you are, take life as it comes and stop obsessing.
