I have heard collagen wraps can take off inches and smooth cellulite. There is a spa I want to go to and they have a 6 session deal for $300, do you think it is worth it?

There are no permanent effects of the collagen wraps, meaning that you will not loose weight or inches. The only effect is a temporary lose of water weight through sweat. As soon as you rehydrate yourself then the weight will come back. The concept of spot reducing has no scientific basis and has never worked for any product claiming to target any area. I highly recommend using that $300 to get a personal trainer to show you how to begin a whole-body resistance training program to build lean muscle mass (to increase metabolism), adopt an effective eating habit of having a small healthy meal every 3 to 4 hours. Walk 8 to 10 thousand steps a day (use a pedometer) and make a change that will last a lifetime instead of a few hours. Many years ago I worked in a spa that tried the wraps to see if they worked. They spent nearly $1500 only to find out that it was a complete fake. The only benefit would be if you needed to drop a few inches for a photo. As soon as the clients drank water, they gained all the weight and inches back.

I particularly have 3 tattoos, and that i stored the saran wrap on basically while i replaced into wearing clothing that could touch them. different than that, I basically placed ointment on them, and enable them to air out. I washed my tattoos the next day with basically an antibacterial cleansing soap in the bathe, and did that on a daily basis. this is been virtually 3 months in view that I had my first one, and that they seem super! I particularly have experienced no fading! The issues to observe are; this is going to seep slightly, basically gently dab at it with a damp paper towel. As its healing, this is going to start to peel, yet flow away THAT on my own! basically enable the factors that are peeling fall off by using themselves. additionally, jointly because it is healing, this is going to itch, do basically no longer itch it. different than that, i think of you're able to be good! good success!

it would truly take about 15-20 sessions to see good long lasting results. DON'T DO IT I just wasted 2,000 at a spa.
