You can't do much about it except wait and be more careful in the future, that's a sensitive area you know.. Just keep it clean and in one or two days you'll never know it happened.

It sounds as if there was some direct mechanical irritation of the clitoral area or possibly even a contact dermatitis. Did you use any lubricants, deodorants, creams etc., on the area? Treatment usually is to abstain from relations for about 5-7 days, use petrolatum as a coating to prevent further contact irritation (use about twice per day apply thin coat) and avoid other creams or soaps directly. Tub bath with just soap in water but not directly on affected area is ok.
Fear of pain can decrease libido. Are you on any meds? Need some more info.
I would just treat it as a tear for right now and see if it clears up with a week of using Neosporin® ointment on it twice a day. If it doesn't clear up with that, then you need to have it checked out.

The urine is actually helping to keep the cut clean, so even though it hurts - its helping. If its bothering you so much its really disrupting your going to the bathroom, try to hold the lip away from the stream, so it doesn't burn as much.
To help the cut heal faster, get some Neosporin. Use your finger or a Q-tip to put it on the cut every few hours, and after you urinate. This will help it heal faster and hurt less

Antibiotic ointment, Bactroban if you have it, is the best. Just dab it on at night and in the morning, you'll be fine soon. Be careful, that's very tender tissue!

You may have a yeast infection or jock itch even. Get some cream and clear up the itch. Don't scratch and the cut should heal pretty fast!

Make sure you keep a good antibiotic ointment on the scratch. Also, you do not mention if you are sexually active. If you are, go to your doctor immediately to make sure it is not a herpes sore.

do you wear pads, i had that about 3weeks ago, and it was from stayfree mini pads, i use always, but this time i used stayfree, but the plastic or what ever is in it cut me,
so if you wear pads, then stop for a while, or change brands,
