Oh Oh, you will drop dirty. Go buy lots of Iced tea in a bottle. Drink six bottles of that . Should flush it right out.

That and golden seal root. You can get it at the pharmacy.
Drink water yes, but cranberry juice (no, not Cran-Grape or Cran-Apple) is an excellent thing to clean out your system.

Should be, it's water soluble, but that isn't usually the test they do cause it's very expensive and takes too long. Standard wiz test usually.
