Tried of the rigors of being a metrosexual, I stopped using soap, perfume, deodorant, and even foot powder. I just used water in taking a shower. As a result, my gf and other lady partners are now wild with my natural male scent. They call me 'horse' not only becuase of my size but also for my scent. In public places, I notice that ladies and gay guys are taking deep whiffs of my natural scent. Even guys who I have no reason to suspect of being gays also gravitate towards my natural male scent.

I just want to know if other people prefer their men to smell like men and not be the feminized or emasculated version of men. Do you think that there is now a backlash against the 'metrosexualization' of men? Cheers!

I definitely don't have B.O. I shower at least 4 times a day. When I say natural scent, I dont mean B.O. that is caused by bacteria acting on one's sweat and body dirt.

I assure you that I have no offensive odors, just natural male scent. People of all sexual preference seems to like my natural scent. Obviously, if I have offensive odor they would have stayed away from me. But the fact is, people like to get close to me. Cheers!

well in sweat there are pheremones that attract people... plus the fac tthat you've dropped this fake "metrosexual" crap you've become more endearing. People sense genuinity and i bet your natural masculinity is attractive as well. All these products are just so that industries can get your money anyways... stick to the natural man

There is nothing wrong with foregoing the scents of perfumes, colognes, and deodorants, but there is no excuse NOT TO BATHE. Even the "cleanest" person needs to bathe to get rid of the dead skin, sweat, and natural oils, etc that collects on our bodies daily, even when we are not active.

If you do not like perfume smells, use a soap like Ivory with no scent and use unscented deodorant. There is a big difference between a person who is clean with only a natural scent and a person who STINKS. Unfortunately, you are the latter.

nasty - i will agree that cologne can get overbearing, but u definitely need to at least use antiperspirant and soap so u don't sweat and have b.o. -- that is probably what is making the girls stop in their tracks. Don't mask odors with an even stouter cologne, just use good hygiene to eliminate ur bad ones, there is a difference.

Keep it up and you will be followed by dogs, cats, bugs and every other creepy crawler that likes stinky bodies. Seriously, a little bit of perfume, etc, is just fine, but taking a bath in the stuff is a big turn-off.
