It really depends where you live in the country....but i know there is a coach outlet in San Diego in a shopping center right near teh border (i live in San Diego)

If you go to Canal Street in New York you can get illegal coach purses (and any other designer brand) for really cheap.

o yea i now.......there's this outlet mall out near plam springs, CA and there is a coach outlet store there!

i dont know where your from but the international mall in tampa,fl. has a coach store.and if you have a platos closet they carry some new and used designer purses.
