I also have very pale skin, red/blonde hair, but I have blue eyes...I would use a purple or medium brown eyeshadow and using a wet brush, use the powder as a liner...it works amazingy well...good luck!

I say brown b/c it would look good with your skin tone a hazel eyes.

A dark brown shade.
Black makes your eyes pop out too much
A lighter color is not enough to make them pop

Dark Brown if your skintone is warm (ie:a bit yellow) or dark blue if your skintone is cold (ie: pink or blue undertones).

Go for a nice mink or taupe. Its not too harsh but will give more depth to your eyes against your skin colouring.
