I think I could have asked this same question. He always seems to think I am talking to some man. I may be on the computer but he is glued to the tv every hour at home. Watched the same old tv shows. His accusations make me wonder why is he accusing me, what does he do on his computer at work?? No really the tv and computer are both robbing families of time spent together. Give him some quality time away from these distractions.

Whether it is OK or not is not what you should concern yourself with. The fact that he thinks that you are cheating with him by using the computer is what you should be concerned about. I had this problem as well. Just look at him and tell him that some people ask serious questions and some people are using this to look for a "friend". Let him see what you are doing. Let him see some previous answers and/or questions. If he has a huge problem with it then stop. He is tons more important than anyone that you could ever hope to meet on a computer.

Well, is he right. The computer can be pretty seductive. Some times it takes a lot of control to go tend to responsibilities. Sometimes people go to chat sites for validation and end up hooking up with someone who shares the same emptiness they have. So, which one gets the most attention--hubby or computer--you tell us if it's ok.

It depends on what you're doing on the computer! If you're looking at porn and crap, then that's cheating. If you're on it all the time, in chat rooms and talking to other guys, he has a right to be upset. If you're just on it every once and a while, checking your mail or whatever, then it's silly for him to think you're cheating. Unless you're getting e-mails from other guys! Maybe you should provide more info, like what you do on the computer.

No it is not OK unless you are having an affair or doing cybersex. He should be more trusting of you but you should also check that you are not taking time you should be spending with him and spending it on the computer. He is more important and if I still had my darling husband I would not be on here right now.

No it is not okay. He should trust that you are using your computer for work-related purposes or for your entertainment. Just because you are using it does not mean you want to meet up with strange men. I think you should talk to him about this and tell him that there is nothing going on, and ask him to give you a little more credit.

is it ok?
It's natural that all husbands are over protective over their wives. it's also natural to have a sense of jealousy.
you could explain to your husband that you are not cheating and let him sit down with you while you are using the computer so that he will gain a bit of confidence and so that he would not accuse you of cheating anymore.

Did u really cheat..??? Or u have any past cheating record..??????

If not. your husband won't be thinking like that.. or maybe he is just crazy and just want to fight with u for no reasons.. and using this as a lame excuse

Well that depends. If u are using it just to do some research then I would have to say he's overreacting. On the other hand if u have given him any reason to think what he's thinking because u were chatting with someone online, then I would have to side with him.

Hes way jealous or possessive...if thats all the problems you have with his control thing youre very lucky. Id tell him to butt the hell out if you arent doing anything wrong. And looking over crap and trying to prove it would only be an insult to you...so he dare not do that with your emails and stuff. I think you better just level with him to lighten up.
