3 (square root= 54x^2y^3) * 3(square root= 5x^3y^4)

as long as you don't mean the cbrt

3sqrt(54x^2y^2) * 3sqrt(5x^3y^4))

(3 * 3)sqrt((54x^2y^2)(5x^3y^4))
9sqrt(270x^(2 + 3) * y^(2 + 4))
9sqrt(270x^5y^6)
9sqrt((9 * 30) * x^4 * x * y^6)
27x^2y^3 * sqrt(30x)

They need to be simplified first and then you can just cancel like terms. You probably aren't going to get a straight-forward answer, probably another radical expression.
