i am not sure why you want to know where this city is, but here goes. if you are on I-94 either going east or west, you want to take hwy 49 south. it is the chesterton, valparaiso exit. i believe it is exit 24, but am not sure. take hwy 49 south about 15 miles and you will enter the city of kouts. don't blink, the town is only 1 block long and you might miss it.
if you know where valparaiso is, it is about 10 minutes south of there. if you need directions of anything let me know...

I'd have to say that it's in Idiana... Seriously though, any atlas can tell you exactly where it is. Or look for a map of the United States on Yahoo! Or Google or whatever you prefer.
