pols love to spend money and we are at war.
I think you can argue that its important to not let the pinkos back in just yet with all the Muslim crazies running around so spending money to keep the freebie queens happy makes sense in a way.
Bigger fish to fry and all that.
Plus if you just keep growing the economy you can outrun the deficits anyway.
I would like to see us go back to zero budgets but winning the war is more important.

You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Since 9/11, it has been necessary to expand our nation's defense both here in the US by creating the Department of Homeland Security.
You liberals will find fault with everything, so if he hadn't done that, you'd complain about that too.
