i own a repair shop,,and its basically the same job to do,,just in the rear of the car,but its not a bad job to do,id have the rotors checked to see if they were OK on it,but its just about like doing the fronts, except the emergency brake is on the rear and the piston screws in on the rear calipers instead of just pressing in,be care full you don't mess the calipers up on it just take your time and you,ll be OK with it,,one thing to remember ,don't get in a hurry that's the key to good repair work, good luck with it,i hope this help,s.

Same as front, just remember when you press the piston into the caliper, either with channel locks or a C-clamp, press it in with the old pad against the piston to prevent damaging the piston, also it will be easier to press in the piston by opening the bleeder valve. Also if the piston is solid with grooves it may be an accuater, in that case there is an accuater tool that matches with the grooves and you have to turn the piston into the caliper.

If it has the parking brake "shoe in hat" style parking brake, yes. Otherwise the caliper pistons have to be TURNED back , as opposed to being compressed back into the caliper housing, the way conventional disc brakes are serviced.

Yes, you are lucky. I just replaced the drum brakes on my van. I can do the discs in about 2 hours. THe drums took eight hours.

need an Allen tool to remove the two screws on both ends of the back(Remove the caps) pull out the them out and the brake shoes come off. put them back on in reverse way. might have to press the cylinder with large channel-locks. easy 1 hr. fix. other way is to go to Auto Zone, get your car book(19.00) and it has all the how too's to do it. next thing you know, you will be doing them for all your friends. GOOD LUCK

Pretty much the same. Do one at a time in case you forget what goes where.

yes, except, there should be a parking break cable that conncets to it as well...so you might but probably shouldn't have to disconnect it
