A hysterectomy is not reversible. To get a surrogate mother, you usually have to find someone willing to do it for you. Why not try adoption?

When you had a hysterectomy you undoubtedly signed a consent saying you understood this would make you infertile. I know you did, because I am an RN and I have patients sign these prior to surgery and they remain in their charts at all time.
It depends on what you had removed, a total hysterectomy is removal of the uterus, ovaries, tubes and cervix. This is unusual unless there is cancer. Most premenopausal women opt to keep their cervix and tubes so they have normal anatomy inside (when feeling with a finger in the vagina) but pap smears must still be given if the cervix is retained. Ovaries are kept so the woman is not plunged into menopause, hormone levels remain constant.
Hopefully you aware of the reasons for your hysterectomy and which parts were removed. If you have no uterus, you will not be able to conceive or carry a baby. The fact that you ask that concerns me that you don't understand the basics of conception, pregnancy and delivery.
If you still have your ovaries, eggs can usually be harvested and implanted in a surrogate. Or, if your ovaries are gone a surrogate can be used with her own eggs or with donor eggs. However, both of these things are very expensive, usually $20,000 or much more.
Now I'm thinking maybe you are confused - did you have a tubal ligation - female sterilization because you didn't want to have more kids - or did you have a hysterectomy , usually done for a medical reason like endometriosis or cancer? Tubals can be reversed but this is also expensive and doesn't always work.

If you have had a hysterectomy (correct spelling) you do not have a uterus (womb), even Jesus needed a uterus! There is absolutely zero way to reverse it and your doctor should have told you that. On the other hand if you had something like an oophrectomy (removal of 1 ovary) or maybe a tubal ligation, you can have a tubal ligation reversed and a possibility of becoming pregnant or if you have 1 ovary left your body is still producing eggs. You will need to adopt or locate a surrogate (correct spelling) if you have no uterus. Good luck!

No you can not reverse a hysterectomy they take out all your female organs used for making babies its not like when you get your tubes tied and sometimes they can reverse that but not always. Finding a serrogate mother is probably harder than you think and probably very expensive.

I'm thinking that since a hysterectomy involves taking out important reproductive organs like your ovaries or your uterus, that would be a no.
Better to contact your local family & children's services and inquire about the adoption process.
Good luck.

A hysterectomy is where they remove your uterus, and possibly your ovaries, cervix, and/or fallopian tubes. It can't be reversed.
I don't know where you find a surrogate, but, first, you need to find out exactly what you had removed for future reference (ie. cancers and what not).
