I am well hung and get uncomfortable when I change and take showers, which I have to do.

Ignore them. Get undressed, shower, and dressed as quickly as possible. Face your locker when you dress and be done with it.
All men are naturally curious about each other, even as adults. Some guys are overly hairy, some guys have nice physiques for their age, and some guys are well endowed. Men are comparing each other all of the time, both in and out of the locker room. If you could get an honest bunch of guys together and you talked about such things, you would be surprised as to why other men stare at them. When it happens to me, I have learned to ignore their stares, try not to embarrass them or be embarrassed by them, and am, quite frankly, validated by the fact that they noticed and admired a physical trait about me. Do the same thing. It's sort of like giving yourself a pat on the back.

I rather imagine most of them are jealous. Just try to ignore it, shower quickly and get dressed as soon as possible. What is out of sight is out of mind. Perhaps being well hung as you say has its disadvantages. You could stare back at their crotches, perhaps they would get the hint...but then they might think you are gay. You could use the old line "Take a picture, it'll last longer.." Sorry I can't help you. I remember as a teenager, there were girls in the shower room who were always stared at because they had nice firm breasts and were well developed. I imagine it was embarrassing for them too. It's only natural to look at other's bodies. It is rude to stare. Unless you go into professional sports for a living, you will only have to endure this for a short while. Good luck.

The old saying goes' "Look, but don't Touch". All men like to compare what they have to what others have. There is no harm in looking, so let them look. You can't go the rest of your life trying to cover up - that will just draw more attention to you.

nothing. in my case, i just let the locker guys be green with envy. they can look at my equipment but they can't touch it, unless they happen to be women. cheers!

haha, you could wear your underwear in the shower. one kid did that in gym one time. it was pretty funny.
