what if a person is charged with rebellion and murder as well, what shall he be given pardon or amnesty?

Neither. Rebellion might be pardoned, especially if the rebels win, but murder is murder, and must be punished.

They usually put a hood over their head, ties their hands behind their back, bind their feet and place them against a wall for the firing squad.
