Her husband was/is having an affair and the other day she found out that he is still talking to this person. The husband saw a call from a lawyer one night then found papers from the lawyer about divorce and what to do. Is she serious or just trying to scare him away from the other woman?

If she just did this after she found out "he is still talking to this person". She was thinking of forgiveness but this has pushed her over the line. She is very serious. There might be some way to change her mind, but it will take action, not talk. This is not a scare tactic, she is dead serious. I hope her husband knows what he wants, because he might of just lost a wife.

I don't think she would be wasting her time otherwise. She may have doubts. Ending a marriage, especially with children involved, is a very hard decision. But it looks to me as if she is serious.

VERY serious. Look on the good side, at least she doesn't waste time with threats.

I would have to say, if someone is going to do all that, they are pretty serious.
