I'm getting frustrated because it's taking so long to complete the repairs. They keep telling me "a strut is backordered"..."Mazda isn't returning our calls"..."Mazda parts are hard to find"...

Is he just B.S.ing me?

i own a repair shop,,and there not that hard to find,i can make one phone call and have them in my shop in 2 days there may be something else gong on they haven't told you about because there not that hard to find these days,i guess id be a little mad to if i had been without my car for so long ,you need to go see them instead of calling them,id want my car fixed or id take it somewhere else to be repaired,good luck,i hope this help,s.

I think he is BSing you!! It shouldn't take that long unless you live somewhere like the North pole!! Go and keep checking on the car and record the mileage make sure they are not driving your vehicle because there is a lot of weird mechanics out there!!! Good luck!!!

Call Mazda yourself and see if they have the part, or if it's available. I've never heard of that much time for parts.

since august--------are you you havent seen your car out in the neighborhood? i dont know what kind of maxda you have ,but i got my struts at auto zone and i know orielleys had them too. i hope they are paying your rental.
