no its not true but the hair that is pulled out even comes back often times darker..and most times thicker..don't pull your hair out there are better stress relievers then that

Partly true! :) If you get the entire folicle, it will not grow back.
But it's quite difficult to get the folicle, and you'll know if you do... (it's rather painful and usually there will be a dot of blood, plus, you can usually see it at the end of the hair.)
But when you pull out a hair, you generally don't get the folicle with it, so it will grow back. :)

Not even the tiniest bit true. If it was, women wouldn't have to wax their eyebrows over and over and over...
Occasionally, rough tweezing *might* damage an individual follicle so that it can't produce hair again, but it's not really likely.
