I'm looking for a current foreign policy initiative by government. I used (http://thomas.gov) for help. I found this Act but i'm unsure whether it is a good topic. I have to pick a specific foreign policy that is currently under construction in Congress.

This is not so much foreign policy (Border Security) as it is a national security issue.
If the Terrorism Prevention Act has anything to do with policies relating to foreign governments and countries then maybe, but if it just internal national policy then no.

Listen, theres a matter of great importance related to Foreign Policy that needs a louder audience that you can hopefully provide. Take a look at spp dot gov as it pertains to our foreign policy with Mexico and Canada.---Really--take a look. Any questions--e me.
