how can I move e-mail download (Yahoo e-mail) into another program on my computer?

the attachment in e-mail downloaded into mp3 player but I need it in express scribe. I was told by someone that Yahoo does not allow the document to be downloaded from there. It is a voice file.

Yahoo isn't allowing this feature yet. Try to download the file and use a third-party program to translate the file into the format you need.
