Are you a noseguard, a DTackle, or a DEnd?
It matters.
Think down and distance...then think tendancies...
If you don't know your opponents tendencies, ask the D Captain or linebacker...if they don't know ask your coach.
Right handed quarterbacks on a dive favor the defensive right A gap because it's a smoothe transition from his right hand to his left side...
so...short yardage...Noseguard....blow the a gap to your right.
If you are the rightside defensive tackle...in a 3 alignment on the guard...hit the B gap.
If you are the defensive end close your containment route and beat the back inside...usually there'll be a running back crashing down to blow you out...
Now outside of gap responsibility: how many tools have you been taught to use.
I teach all my dline:
slap
slap and swim
push and pull
control drive
reach
rip
and grapple.
At your level the swim is probably the best - forwards or backwards....
from a 4 point stance
punch for belly
your opponents drive will lift you...as it does press your outside arm forward and upward as you dip your inside shoulder.
from a 3 point
catch your opponent in a shiver (Arm is a tight V shape like you're holding up a shield)
punch and rotate upwards.

When you come into contact with the defensive lineman more than likely he will being leaning somewhat forward (especially at the junior high level). Grab the inside of his shoulde pads (the chest area) and pull him towards you. His lean forward plus you pulling him forward will send him to his face and will allow you a directly clear path to the QB.

go with what travis said... if your dline. most likely your a fair big kid. i was a DT and i was big. hopefully your a tall big. you should be able to tower over the line. a lot of kids will watch the ball with their head down. if they do that get over top of them and pull them to you and down to the ground. if its a pass play you can learn the helicopter spin. when the OL stands up put your left hand on his left shoulder, then spin your body like your arms are helicopter propelers. another move is the swim move. put your left hand on his right shoulder. make as swimming motion over his right shoulder and push him away from you. but what travis said was going to be my first advice to you

Join their huddle. If you're lucky, they won't notice.
