The most horrible thing that will happen in Iraq if we leave is, muslims will blow each other up, muslims will hate America, Jews will war with Muslims, we'd hate to see that. Wouldn't we?

Iraq will revert to a dictatorship ruled by Al Qeada, giving the terrorist organization even more resources. Another possibility would be that Iran takes over Iraq. Either way, it would end up turning resources over to groups of people that want the destruction of the US and the people of Iraq will be subjected to some very brutal rule.
The other thing we are doing in Iraq right now is keeping terrorist organizations busy. If we pulled out of Iraq, this would give Al Qeada breathing room - they'd have the kind of time, real estate, and resources they need to put together and carry out plans much bigger than 9/11.
To you though, I'm sure these possibilities pale in comparison to Republicans retaining control of Congress and the White House.

Read your history. Do you realize that history tends to repeat itself. I would study up on what happened when we left Viet Nam.
Lets start with a little history of Iraq. Iraq was originally three different regions of the Ottoman Empire. The English were in there at that time, and set up the country that is now known as Iraq.
What the US is trying to do, is get three different factions to form a government, and peacefully co-exist. That isn't easy, and will take a lot of time. To add to the issues, we have Iran, who in the 1980's was at war with Iraq. They want Iraq to become a religious theocracy, run by the Sunni Ayatollahs.
What this means to your question, if we pull out of Iraq, before there is a stable government, Iraq will have a bloody civil war, lots of people will die, and most likely, become another American hating Islamic-fascist run regime.
The Islamic-fascist want to kill us. They want to see American bodies on the news. Right now, they are working hard at keeping us from setting up a stable democratic self run government in Iraq. Where would they go, if they don't have to stop us in Iraq??? I would sit down and think about it.

Can you be more specific?
We'll lose any investments in Iraq, jihadists will gain an Islamic republic which may ally with Iran, and the terrorists will move over to Afghanistan to continue their efforts to oust NATO and the US.
It's not really a forgone conclusion that the Republicans will lose. Unless the Democrats can offer some meaningful goals and a more coherent political philosophy, a more tangible plank, not just "being against" conservatives, we may not have much choice.

Hmmmm.... let's see.
A constant reason for hating Americans is removed.
The death of countless Americans is removed.
Oh yeah, Republicans won't be able to use the big bad terrorists in Iraq as a reason to stay in office.
Idiots -- the terrorists where in Afghanastan. Osma bin Laden is their leader. So Bush baby attacks Iraq and creates a breeding ground for terrorists... real smart George, could you at least ask for help from the grade school class you were attending, when you should have been protecting the U.S.?

They have been around for longer than we have by 20 times!
Iraq was historically known as Mesopotamia, which literally means "between the rivers" in Greek. This land was home to the world's first civilization, the Sumerian culture, followed by the Akkadian, Babylonian, and Assyrian cultures, whose influence extended into neighboring regions as early as 5000 BC. These civilizations produced the earliest writing and some of the first sciences, mathematics, laws and philosophies in the world, making the region the center of what is commonly called the "Cradle of Civilization". Ancient Mesopotamian civilization dominated other civilizations of its time.
I hope the republicans get voted out of office
