They all do to a degree. They all have the same planes & service policies generally. The 2 big Airlines here are Southwest & USAir.

All airlines accommodate handicap passengers. They can be assisted within the airport, taken thru the check in lines first, taken thru security first and are boarded on the plane first.

Most airports have golf cart like vehicles for those who can't walk plus all have wheelchairs and pushers.

Notify the airline that you choose that either you or someone you know who is traveling will need assistance. :)

i did the ask.com thingy & there were several listed ez travel & american came up. but they all said u need to put in writing that u have disability needs when ordering tickets & u will need someone with the person 2 take care of them in flight cuz they will not b able 2 do so.
