yes you certainly can! I personally wouldn't reccommned it though...my best friend from high school moved out when she was 16 and is now living with a friend, but she moved out with her mother's approval...I am moving out in August as I am going to university on the other side of the country, but, even though I'm under 18 and my parents don't support it, it is legal because I am pursueing post-secondary education... If you really want to move out, I would first make sure that it is what you want to do, and that you aren't doing it to get back at your parents or because you've had a fight, make sure that it's something that is going to help you and them have a better relationship. And if it really is what you want, then I would just talk to them, tell them why you want to move out and maybe a compromise can be made first. Good Luck!

Act more responsible and show you can work to pay bills, Don't
act like a little kid and show respect to everyone as much as possible. I'm talking through experience I'm 31yrs.old. if you have
respectful parents that teach you right from wrong it will show
Because it will show in you.Although you have to wait until your 18 yrs.old normally but, also moving in with a aunt or Uncle
would be another way of moving out of parents house if they
don't allow you to move in with friend.
Good Luck to you hon!

you mean like divorce your parents?? Moving out before you turn 18? Well if thats your question, you can't move til your parents let you or you can take them to court if you have a good reason to do so. But then you could end up in someone elses custody!

You get the court to emancipate you and then get your mom's friend to adopt you but good luck cause there is no chance of that happening
