When I hold my 6 month old son up right he pats/rubs my back. This is too cute... especially for a 6 mth old. Anyones baby do this? or any other cute things?

Mine did but I dont think they were that young. Your obviously a terrific mommy for creating such a warm, loving little boy, trying to show you he loves you the way you show him. :)

My 15 month old does that too! She also rocks me from side to side like all moms do. Then she'll squish her little face against my cheek and give me a big kiss, smile and say "la la loo" which I can only guess means "I love you" What a little mush! She also does raspberries on my belly which always cracks me up.

Want to have some real fun with your little guy? Turn the tables on him-spend some time copying the things he does. My kids all thought that was hilarious. It's a good workout, too, especially when they really start moving around!

I know that this is larger than a baby, but...........when my son was 7 years old, I had to take him to the doctor because he was having severe stomach pain. The doctor told me he had acute appendicitis, as we were walking from the doctors office to the hospital (connected by a long hall way), he looked up at me and said "Mama, is my appendix really cute"? He cracked me up, very unexpectedly.

When my son was 7 months and he woke up in the morning, he would lie on my stomach and hug me there, then stretch up and kiss me. He's now 18 months old and still does it every morning. I really enjoy it and think it's so sweet.

my son does this too! don't you love it. I personally think that boys are more cuddle bugs compared to girls. My son loves to be held and snuggled my daugher never really did.

My son also with grab/hold my face with his two chubby hands and look me in the eye. He loves his mommy.

My daughter now loves to cuddle at 21 mos but as an infant she was miss independent.

He is mimicing your behavior, and this is the first of many things he will copy. Teach him how to play, spend lots of time contemplating all sorts of ordinary things, read to him, take him on adventures. Enjoy this special time to bond with him and expand his horizons.

I once spent 2 hours in the produce section of my local grocery store feeling and smelling the fruits and veggies with my sons. I great time was had by all.

My 10 month old daughter does that to her dad and 3 older brothers ages 6,4,3 and sometimes to me. I am also 22 weeks pregnant and she will come up pull my shirt up and rub and pat my belly. When her dad gets after her for doing something wrong she will turn around and blow him kisses. After her brothers and dad shave their hair she goes up to them and rubs their heads. When she comes up to me to bit me she licks her lips first.

My 4 month old rubs my face, one little hand on each cheek. And when he goes to sleep, he has to hold onto my hand.

My nephew used to also do that. He's grown up now, but I used to love when he did and I thought it was also the cutest thing ever to be seen and felt on this Earth!
