Do you often see a 13-14 year old boy wearing a leather jacket

No, I don't often see a 13-14 year old boy wearing a leather jacket. In my own opinion, this is a good thing. Leather jackets are ugly and overrated. ;]

well... actually I see lots of high school students wearing leather jackets (in south Florida!!!).... but... its just a jacket. It doesnt mean they are abnormal for wearing a jacket.

Not often!!! he is probably wearing it 2 impress the ladies!!LOL! or just wearing 2 impress his friends and try 2 fit in!! i think it is kinda cute!

It's normal for boys that age to pick out their own clothes so if thats what he likes then I think it's fine!

I've seen one or maybe two... it's a pretty rare occurence (at least in the area that I live in)

It depends on the guy. It is not common, but it is not like OMG look at that loser.

Yea its fine.......at that age most young people are trying to find themselves and fashion is one way they do it....i think its fine.

it gives them a trying-to-be-cool-wanna-be-old kind of look, and it looks a bit funny... my personal opinion...
