Does anybody know how to build a Manual Boost Controler?

I have a 1987 Ford Mustang Convertible with a 2.3L Turbo from a 1988 Turbocoupe and I want to know how to build a manual boost controller so that I can up the boost past the stock Boost level. Any help would be apreciated
