If your floors are sealed with polyurethane, do not use anything other than a solution of 1 part white vinegar, 3 parts warm water. Any other cleaning product or polish will harm the finish and leave your floors looking dull.

Use plain water,or Murphy's Oil soap. S.p.i.c.'n'Span may leave a residue that can attract more dirt.
