Our country is being mocked by the entire world for our leaders ineffectiveness with handling our problems. Politicans are taxing the hell out of us while not solving any issues. They need to sit down and stop bickering about whos party is better and just do something. Take illegal immigration for instance. If they would just decide on what to do and DO IT, some people would be pissed at the decision, but Americans would get over it and we could just put the issue at rest. The rift between people in this country is going to get wider and wider as long as the big issues remain unsolved until we all reach our breaking point. We as a people are being mocked by the world because of our leaders ineffectiveness. It is not just one party, it is both of them. Yeah Bush is not doing so well with our country but what are the Democrats doing to make itt better? Nothing. They bash him to know end and are only trhinking about the next election and not solving any problems either. Anyone Agree?

Yes I hear both Dermocrats and Republicans talk about it, but neither do anything. The best anyone came up with was a wall that wouldn't even cover half the border. ALL members of congress can come up with ideas, why aren't they?

I'll agree with you to the point to where you try and bash the dems. Not only because your wrong, but your mis-guided as to the origin of the problem. I hate to burst your bubble, but it's a one sided political issue--not a partisan endeavor and if you have been informing yourself wisely via the internet and alternative news you'd be able to wrap your mind around the most important issue at hand. GETTING THE REPUBLICANS OUT OF OFFICE. They have been in control of our presidency for 6 years and held the majority in the house and senate off and on since 1994. When they have the representation that they do they have the ability to vote up or down on a bill suggested by the Dems in committee where it can be killed and never even reach the house or senate floor. They have not let anything get through in that time frame unless it was an idea they stole or it was amended with b.s. like drilling in anwar. Hence, the do nothing congress. WAKE UP-GET INFORMED--Dems are all over every issue at hand, they are just severely repressed in their law-making abilities.

well that 6 digit salary isn't a lot for them. It costs them more than it's worth to get elected into that political position. The rift is between people being american...and the people being anti-american. Let's stop finding something to argue about and get something done.

I don't know who your leader is but if he ant doing his job get rid of him her its called voting. Maybe the problem is these states that keep reelecting the like of KKK BIRD, KENNEDY X 2, AL SHARPTON, BARBER BOXER, NANCY PULASKI ECT ECT. Stupid Democrats will never change.
