Excited about living, be it music, if so what kind, why, could be an endorphine thing, something that YOu are into proactively. It can be the Personal Best of something, or guidelines you go by for achieving a desired feeling of gratification. Movies, TV, Games, Dialogue.....My "Catnip" is dialogue, or writing but communication none the same and all the more, when you do this, what is the thing that makes you the happiest, most fulfilled...you get the picture. Or, do you have another word for this thing, we all do something, what do you do to get your blood flowing and laughing ensues? Yes, it can include others, and it is NOT about being high.....

My catnip is listening to my favorite music, while painting surreal, symbolic, themes from dreams while my cats watch. Sometimes, I put down the brush and dance with the cats.
