How bout giving the money to a charity that represents Missing and Exploited Children--By the way--35k of that money went into some female Repub. campaign already.

Of course he does. As chairman of the NRCC, it is his job to raise money. And, the gift was not unusual. Foley has donated about $750,000 to NRCC over the years.
