Does your neighbor deserve two people chasing her with sticks? If so, by all means grab a stick & go for it.

Obviously this Yahoo is more important and you aren't in a caring mood so what the heck. Just take a stick and beat yourself with it instead.That way you won't have to move at all and no one will even know you saw anything going on.

If you are still there why not just call the police and make a report and let them decide if or not they need help. You could go out side and watch because that might slow down the aggressor and make you seem like you could care less about your neighbour.
