You shouldn't have two green wires. You need a tester to tell what is what. The black with white stripe is like a white. You should have one black one white and a green ground.

The solid black goes to the solid black in the ceiling the white goes to the white the green goes to the ground (any metal part of the fan) The black striped is for a light kit and so is one of the whites and one green

DON'T LISTEN TO THE MORONS OUT THERE! ON THE FAN BLACK WIRE IS FOR THE FAN BLACK WITH WHITE IS FOR THE LIGHT KIT. IF NOT PROVIDED CONNECT IT ANY WAYS . THE 2 GREENS ARE GROUNDS ONE IS PROBABLY CONNECTED TO THE BOX AND 1 IS WITH THE OTHER WIRES. THE HOOK UP IS SIMPLE . BLACK AND BLACK WITH WHITE GOES TO BLACK IN CEILING WHITE TO WHITE AND IF FAN HAS NO GREEN WIRE CONNECT THE 2 GREENS TOGETHER IF IT HAS 1 HOOK IT TO THE GREENS. HOPE I WAS OF HELP TO YOU BE SAFE.

Dude, This is one of those things you need to call a qualified electrical contractor, better yet a sevice contractor. Dont let them sell you on rewireing your whole house, they may try. It hasn't burned down yet and it wont if this is done right, but you need someone to determine what is going on in that box. AND they need to determine if the box will actaully support a ceiling fan. They might even be nice enough to run a 12/3 romex to the switch so that you can have two different switches for the fixture. one for the light and one for the fan.

No instructions? Black goes to black. I don't think you're in any danger with the other wires.
