can u buy a piece of land in dubai?
can u build a house on that land?...is it like buying a piece of property...do u OWN it???

buying a land and building a house its very expensive it could cost you millions of derhams ... buy a ready built ones like emar or telal or something like it

You cannot buy land in Dubai. But you can buy an apartment or villa. The price is really depending on the place and type of the property.
